Cancellations: I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service will be charged. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Rescheduling: I understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary and life can be super unpredictable. Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to three times per year without penalty, provided that each reschedule is made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, a $10 late fee will be added to your ticket. If you are 15 minutes or more late, it will be considered a no-show, and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
