Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are really important to us. We understand that sometimes things come up, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and treat it as a no-show.
• Multiple reschedules in a row may require a non-refundable deposit to rebook, just to help keep the schedule running smoothly.
